From what I know Indebted is a platform whereas Credit clear is a service.
The difference being is that the Indebted platform and more generic but with credit clear has the ability to click and pay and resolve the matter in quickly under 10 seconds for example with apple pay. Seems like Indebted have a few more moving part i.e. entering codes on their website to pay the debt. see below
