    QPM will pop higher, I believe it. The dow jones monthly chart is in a very oversold zone, the general market condition seems to do fine and I reckon it has priced in the rate hike. So this could be the bottom, the last time you can load it up in the 10cents zone. I'm not a financial expert, please do your own risk management.
