design. Results are due next month and are expected to show substantial
reductions in capex and operating costs"
I think the release of this PFS now was designed to "tank" the stock. Next month "somehow" millions of $$ of CapEx will be removed to make this look significantly better. Probably a 30-35% uplift in stock before mid September.
