re: Ann: TRICORONA VALUE OF EMISSIONS REDUCTI... As you have intimated Bitzer, I don't think ERJ would want to be accused of withholding SP sensitive news due to general market trading conditions / momentum.
ERJ are doing everything by the book and maintaining a squeaky clean record with ASX. NOTHING is going to be shunted into a potentially grey area by management for any reason .... IMO. There is far too much at stake here to be concerned about short term market fluctuations.
I would imagine they are currently more concerned with lobbying Aust Govt to become eligible for renewable energy certificates (RECs).
ALSO working to finalise the Green Funds investments and NYSX listing.
