1290 ppm = 0.129% copper. For reference, the lowest-grade copper mines in the world might be mining at 0.3-0.4% copper, but they are huge: hundreds of metres thick/wide/deep, 100s of millions to billions of tonnes of ore, to work economically at that grade. 1 m @ 0.129% copper is not significant, unusual, or remotely economic.
