    You can only buy in the range

    You can't buy over a certain price or you can pump the stock.

    They will buy parcels when needed to hold the SP afloat in bad market conditions.

    They will buy no more than what is needed to do that.

    If SP rises at some point they may stop altogether.

    All imo.
