anybody can say there is going to be announcement, because, well there is always going to be announcements.
TER are due to release the quarterly report for Q4 by 31 July (audited 2022 financial report due 31 August). I don't think there will be anything significantly (results wise) new in the quarterly report as they provided an update about a month ago with annual estimates (they would know their actuals to May-22).
I don't see too many other 'business as usual' releases before than. Sure if they have to borrow money (unlikely unless...), confirm a dividend, board changes, mergers and/or acquisitions, kick start the development of new mines etc etc etc, they will make an announcement.
