Fair point. I suppose I was thinking that at 5c it was a no brainer and there would be a high uptake of the SPP plan, and very little shortfall.

I have been stretched with BOW and VPE capital raising programmes recently, but will make sure I find some cash for the maximum amount under ITC's SPP plan.
