I actually have an account to see how zip travels. The account has had an unapproved transaction (a $30 purchase of a 'zip card", complained over a week ago and have been fascinated by how theyre (not) managing it. Seeking to rely on bots that have no idea what theyre doing. Have now asked AFCA to see whats happening. I dont care about the $30, but more importantly how this happened. Perhaps its happening to all their customers, and theyre hoping people dont notice it.
