98% permit have been approved to start the NAL by Quebec Government
Plant parts are already ordered and in-transit. shipped.
More than half the plant is already assembled as NAL was exiting running mine previously.
Hiring already started, they have already hired more then 50+
At this stage don't see any issue with serious delay. Just like earth quake you can't predict
