Voitek integration was due to be complete in June and MNF intergration is due to be complete in July. I imagine we will get an announcement when all integration is complete. Maybe later this month (or next month if they are behind schedule).
Then the cross selling begins and we should see a significant increase in ARPU.
We also have full year result due in August. We wont see profit due to all the acquisition and integration costs over FY22. But it will be interesting to see the EBITDA figure.
I am guessing underlying EBITDA will be around $6.8m for FY22. This puts the loan to EBITDA ratio at approx. 0.46. This is a really strong position and I wouldn't be opposed to them taking on more debt if they find a suitable acquisition in FY23.
