In Australia you need a perscription for relenza.
Your local chemist might not keep it in stock, and the order delay would normally be more than 24 hours. If symptoms were already 24 hours old, that would put you outside the recommended maximum delay of 48 hours.
You would probably need it already in your home or immediately available.
I have pre-paid relenza stored at my local chemist. Immediate family can go there with a script, and could go through it fairly quickly in a worsening pandemic. The BTA paper profit (not sold but topped up) has paid the $900 many times over.
If you don't go for the vaccine for any reason, it is hard to justify no other medical protective measures.
Not medical advice. DYOR.
