The article you put up is valid and (mostly) correct.
Now think why the chief executive officer David Paxton is going to such lengths to downplay any possible discovery? Also why/how did that story get out in the first place?
Similar occurred with Raki when they first identified gold. The Fiji locals were already lining up to buy there new cars with the 'new' found wealth.
I don't think this is the last we will here of this.
