Bunnings business will thrive as housing prices increase by a further 10% in 2010
Fertiliser business will experience its expected organic growth
Office works business will pick up with the comerical property market late 2010
Alot to like about WES at the momment, trading around a p/e of 15x (market average). I am expecting an earnings upgrade too.
