Ammie IF we do farm down it will be a share sale not a transfer of WI.
There is simply not enough time.
In other farm downs I've seen there is usually a 60-90 day period for the government to say
a. Nothing which means a done deal or
b. The candidate is not suitable.
Either way it would take a minimum of 60 days + paperwork another 30 days IMO.
