NTA $2.27 leaves the SP $1.795 at a discount of 21%. Hardly ever is the SP above NTA, prime example of a breakup and quite possibly the sale will deliver a higher price than NTA. Too much overhead costs in AACO to deliver value as a multiple property owner.
