I don’t think you can defend the indefensible, the handling of the overdue deadline hasn’t been good. Especially when this has become a bit of a habit, and has been a theme for them.
I also don’t think we can complain about no comms, get those comms and then complain it’s not what we wanted to hear. At least they’ve acknowledged the request and are managing expectations around future dates.
Not specifically what I want to hear, but at least I’ve heard something
I’m hoping under promise over deliver is the aim of this now
