This is an extraordinary move by the Palachook Labor Government, no doubt with the installation of a Federal Labor Govt this has provided her with the impetus to gouge those from other states and it's own constituents with investment property in other states.
As an interstate owner having held investment property in Qld for 20 years my immediate reaction will be to sell . Labor have always been good at thinking up new or extending the reach of existing taxes, no doubt the other states will follow .
