Probably a big fish wants to establish a position, now that the SP has been crushed by GS/CS et al.
Can't see any other development that would justify such an act now.
I had a lot of faith in this company. But it is slowly running out. Doing a CR now - at the lowest level its been at for ages - rather than in a few months when the SP will probably be double or triple? When cash burn isn't huge and cash reserves are significant? Strange to say the least.
Or maybe it is some eyewateringly good development? One can hope.
