I did see this in the report:
"The mining schedule feeds the process plant at a rate of up to 2.8 Mtpa, with a potential upside of up to 3.2 Mtpa through a number optimisation strategies."

Also, from Nov, a water/env application approved:

"The Licence Holder wishes to increase the throughput for the processing plant from 2.8 Mt/ annum to 3.0Mt/annum. Construction or installation of additional plant infrastructure will not be required to achieve this 0.2Mt/annum increase in throughput. The increase will be the
result of plant optimization processes and processing of softer ore which will allow for a greater throughput to be processed through the plant. "
