Depends how tolerant you are to the risks involved in trying to catch a falling knife.
no such thing as fair market value during a bear market ( or a bull market ). Sentiment and fear ( or greed ) rule.
long term may be a good buy but I suspect will get cheaper as will the whole market. Especially if a recession occurs as many are predicting. But nobody really knows.
Looking at the charts I'd be surprised if it didn't get down to $32 which is where it go to less than 12 months ago
