The point is, there is no news for the market to decide. Just speculation and misinformation. As the decree for ML has already been signed and it just had to be rubber stamped and the market was told the ML is basically been issued will be in a week, the TH is appropriate as no one knows what is going on. People who would of sold may well be grateful for the TH when they have the benefit of all the information before making their decision. I’m only risking my moneys, glad I’m not paying costs in borrowed shares. That’s the extra risk of shorting though.
