I'd very much doubt that the CFO position played any part in the review process. Considering that the announcement regarding CFO Michael Lock's resignation was released on 8 April 2022 and now the resignation (not formally announced - just like the resignation of former CEO Ben Greene - not formally announced) of Spacelink CFO - Alan Khalili, these are two people in professional positions. Who would want to have on their C.V. that they were Chief Financial Officers of a company that went broke??
Run for the hills and just don't look back.
And this statement by Peter Leahy is a massive, massive cause for concern "We're monitoring the solvency very closely and we're working hard to raise capital"
If I worked for a company where a Director came out with that sort of language, I'd be applying for as many jobs as possible.
