My take is it is still being sold down and accumulated, closely watching the days trades shows the sell bias for no reason . The latest new substantial holder shows how it gets done with manipulative trades to get them “ set “ . No other reason I can see , also turnover is just average .” They “ have done a very good job of it , but we must be near the point of not being able to drop it further . I have no intention of selling, I have just resigned myself to the fact that 10$ s/p will take a little longer . imho.
