IMO:
If there's no strategy by Classic Minerals for what they intend to use the capital for then it may just be to pay existing debts, who knows? ... they're not telling you anything.
CN's $4m + "loyalty options excised" $5.2 = $9.2m
They ask for loyalty and ask you to put a blindfold on when they need to spend the $9.2m somewhere?
