To the duster part I dont believe it will make any difference if they dont make a discovery.
If they farm down 25% for less than 50% paying then imo Scott will have completely dropped the ball.
If .. .in the future we needed to raise for a new drilling campaign the dilution to ivz will be either more wi lost or massive dilution via raise.
25 million $$ and wee keep 80% seems to me to be less dilutive than handing over 25% of the company regardless of what happens in the future.
