I assume they are waiting for the dust to settle until after the transaction is complete before announcing anything. What is the point in releasing information that props up the share price which then goes into the pocket of the people that weren't going to stick around anyway?

hmm, you know what they say when you Assume something? lol. goodluck trying to justify sams bs, it's a sh show since he took over, screwed the pooch for his bonus. But don't worry, i'm sure sam will be just fine once the deal goes through and he resigns/retires off to the caymans or somewhere. way to kill a company sam, well done.
