I too believe DW was pushed out due to Dubbo finance failures. On a positive note, RS experience is quite something. Let's hope she can steer the company in the right direction. She seems like a very ambitious lady. Now having a female CEO should also satisfy major shareholder request with regards to board gender diversity.
DW has done a great job with the pilot plant, but the company has been stagnant since. Obviously IG not happy with the slow progress and who could blame him?
At least DW's departure has seen the last gap closed on the charts. Plenty of those above now to be filled by RS.
Can she turn things around? Her profile says she definitely could.
