No judgement next month - just final submissions in before end of Aug. Judgement could be relatively quick as it doesn't look a complicated case - may be out before Xmas - but, sorry to say, don't think the decision is going to be any good for those long in this stock.
Macquarie have a lot to answer for with Nuix, My guess they want the thing covered up and forgotten about - so are waiting until share price hits rock bottom (probably after the ex-CEO's case is decided) and take it private again with a low ball offer. Today's earnings announcement just makes that scenario more likely.
