If you read the Smoke & mirror signals from posters with bat phones...
My money is on Authier Logistics problems with transport &/or required services pushback due to previous monies owing by past NAL owners...
Possibly forcing a restructure of those particular "logistics"... for the Authier PFS...
Who knows...
Even the pumpers & fluffers are shaking their heads atm...
