It's a marketing tool. Nothing else. Trying to impress the market.
Markat cap. remains the same, just less shares on offer. Winners use buy-backs, losers use consolidations.
A lot of people here to want a merger or two. If GML have what they say they have, then a stand alone is the only way. Of course all in my own opinion.
