FWI - if my data is correct - PDY had highs of 7.5 in Feb 2007 and 13.6 in March 2000.
Let's hope it starts trekking back there soon. It is currently consolidating above the 61.8% retrace of the December 2008 - September 2009 rally - (61.8% reached in November 2009. 50% of the ATH-ATL would give me a ST target of 6.9cents.
