Great advice, J63. I see that like many, you focus on the fundamentals. There are others, I believe, who have done due diligence. In fact, one poster actually "knows how to read the sign posts". How good is that?
Your are correct, NRZ buying price is improving. Could be the result of incessant up-ramping. Keep up the good work.
