Well I had stood up for the new platform until doing my first trade. I was sitting out of the market so handnt actually traded from it.
I put the sale in just prior to market, and came back asking me a question if I owened the shares or something.
On a day like today of course panic set in as tried about 3 times. So rang up WBC and after 5 minutes trying to establish what was going through rather than just putting it through for me and sorting it after, he pointed out a link I needed to press to confirm I owned the shares.
I said what happened to the straight through processing, he stated it still is! Not happy to have to start further confirming orders as you do this once you review the order so to have to confirm again is stupid. Grrrr do ya get the feeling pretty peeved? Fortunately got out in the end at price I wanted but surely could have been messy.
