Why is someone buying? Insanity....or lack of analytical skills? I mean, how can you pip trade it, there 64 buyers in the queue? You'd have to have a rolling round robin of buys, which is kinda dumb and an easy way to lose your money if a trading halt and a bad announcement comes....
Yep someone bought on Fri, and sold it back down to 0.4c on Monday... lol.... a lousy stinking $117K worth of stock. Meh. I filter out anything that does less then $300K on my scans. Old AXP never comes up.
