    as a software developer I can tell you that SmarTrans is worth about $70,000 -$100,000 at best in developer time for the whole project

    considering that its pay per download, the fees to be charged should be expected to be less than that over three years

    why would anyone pay more for software where you could tool up a simple proof of concept in a just a couple of days?

    its just a file download tool!
