This will keep going down until good news on Crux and ES.
Keep in mind the mess that the previous management left the company in with debt and lack of deals.
Shell will probably offer less than 5 bucks per barrel for the company's assets, so this is where this is being priced.
Takeover will probably be around 40 to 50c. Feel sorry for NXS staff who have a ton of shares over the $1 mark.
