Why conserve the cash by not drilling? So they can continue to pay BOD just that little bit longer. If a deal is pending then it should be declared. What ever is being organised should be declared. I venture to say ORA is a lost cause under this BOD. By all means prove me wrong I doubt anybody can!
Boppy a commercial ability is needed to set up an operation to develop to a paying concern something sadly lacking here
