A lot of negativity here.
Some positives:
- Exposure to Australia's fastest growing State population
- Attractive price for SUN (even if PE effectively higher than ANZ's current PE)
- Potential for reduced competition effects on NIM
ANZ was already highly sold off and don't expect it will fall further after it resumes trading.
Attractive opp for existing holders at $18.90 (7.6%ff div at current 72cpa payout). Onwards and upwards imo.
