But quite adept at withholding unused travel credits and forward bookings, while collecting $Mn bonuses, never seen anything like it with exception of the 80's and 90's when the entrepreneurs were on the job. Scandals as far as the eye can see, once again loyal customers were the worst affected. The Federal Transport Minister must intervene given the deleterious impact on safe travel and on the wider economy.
