apart from that they seems to be reporting there is little to report...
does that mean we would receive PPT shares for PDL - l would assume that is attractive if we get rollover relief otherwise cash is the preferred option???
a lot of holders will be sitting on substantial capital gains as it was in the $2 range for years.
