I just went back and had a look at FY22 numbers
G&I business did $70m revenue full year and $57m gross profit in a Covid impacted year.
im almost thinking that a pure private equity play would be to Hive off that part of the business and use those funds to acquire some GPR or open banking bolt on Accelerator businesses. Could acquire quite a few with a few hundred million
Our current market cap is 7 x FY22 G&I gross profit or 5 and a bit x sales
Can imagine that board and new CEO are looking at all ways to maximise shareholder value
