I totally agree there are some quality posters who share info and opinions that is what these forums are for.
Unfortunately some of these guys get a bit carried away and start ramping, or offer opinions as Company views, not always true.

There are some who post good info but also those who post not so good info Hopefully you will be experienced enough to tell the difference. Many new comers to the investment world or PEN can't.

As said I am not Depthtrader.
My brief communications with Gus have been constructive and rewarding. I would not suggest wasting his valuable time chatting. But if anyone has a genuine concern I'm sure he will provide an answer if he can.
I am only too pleased to share info where I can, and have done so, (ref. post Raki Raki) or discuss issues that involve fellow share holders,but unfortunately most times have been shot down by those with opposing or different views.

SHARE DILUTION, ie, A reduction in earnings per share of common stock that occurs through the issuance of additional shares or the conversion of convertible securities.

Exessive issue of "performance" shares. A Director on base Salary of around $400,000 (more than our Prime Minister), should be able to do the job he is paid to do. If he can't then get someone who can!
It is my opinion (note opinion) an extra 50 odd million shares (@ 0.42c ( Hartleys) or $25 million (give or take a few hundred grand) in bonuses is excessive.
These should be good topics to discuss, even debate for the benefit of those who don't know or don't understand I would have thought.
Any way there could be some interesting days to come, even with todays announcements 5c has been tested. Not unexpected, if it breaks down there will be some sad posters here. And a very happy me waiting. ;-)
