well that announcement about the stuck drill bit was made a few days earlier. if you were a follower of the stock i would have thought that you would make a similar observation.
250m of stuck metal at the bottom of a hole which is 4km deep, and is also in extremely hot conditions. I wouldnt say that the "fishing" is over yet. i could be wrong though. if it was going to be that easy to fix why not just fish it out in a day or two and not even bother announcing it.
I am a follower of gdy, and believe in what it is doing. i just think this could be a bigger setback than what it has been credited with.
