Yeah I was thinking the same thing. Taking out the sellers would get the share price up but maybe it's not that easy or beneficial when you buy such a large parcel.
Can't comment on the JORC delays as I really don't know what the strategy is behind closed doors. Can only hope they are laying the groundwork for increasing shareholder value remembering that they are large shareholders themselves.
I agree with you that the wait and share price slump is painful but it's across the board with small caps especially. I'm not sure if we have seen the market bottom but hopefully we are getting close.
