    I would suggest a CR that is opened to all existing holders say $5-10m at current SP. This way AHQ will be fully funded and existing holders can ride it out.

    Regal been an existing large shareholder has an incentive to sell down it's holdings to suppress SP as it will be able to get them back at a cheaper price.
