General Question: (excluding Govt debt)
Why is it dearer for Au banks to borrow funds if the risks are lower and the returns are higher,
yet it is cheaper for us banks to borrow funds where the risks are higher and the returns are lower.
I had the same problem in the service station, I was the only site that paid full rent to subsidize sites which could not pay full rent.
Sounds like Communism to me.
