    You can talk about a JV, multiple MOUS and the Dow Jones, the facts are and have been reliant on the Trail Burn.

    The JV announced yesterday is and was a dressed up MOU, when an invester with a large amount of money decides to stick thier noses in, and the money is in the bank, thats what I call a JV. In the meantime its a dime a dozen MOU.

    In the opionion of HN this will NOT occur until the trail burn is complete ans succesful.
