EDF was already 60/70% publicly owned and energy prices were having a detrimental effect on inflation so it was sensible for France to take it back into public ownership. No real comparison with SHP and Germany. At best you may see Germany put a clause that a certain percentage earmarked for domestic use, just as WA has done with gas. If we get to production. I think sovereign risk is fairly low here.
