With all this director buying lately, I’m wondering if this won’t turn out to be a smaller delay than it seems.
First I’ve heard of the heat exchanger issue?
I thought it was just the Hot Reactor that’s an issue?
SP will be sold down on this… I wonder if we’ll see more director buying and then the heat exchanger issue suddenly resolved?
